Blueberry Banana French Toast

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh Riverfarm blueberries
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 6 slices of thick bread (such as brioche or sourdough)
  • 3 large eggs
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Optional toppings: maple syrup, powdered sugar

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Egg Mixture: In a shallow bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
  2. Dip the Bread: Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture, letting it soak for a few seconds on each side.
