Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups fresh Riverfarm blueberries
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional: sugar for sprinkling on top

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F). Line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease with a bit of butter.
